BRITT WOODS DIRECT

Read a few comments from some of my customers...

“If you’re looking for a no hassle, no nonsense sales approach along with the best possible truck/car purchase and service experience…look no further. I ‘ve been a customer of Britt’s for several years and he continues to exceed my expectations. Britt has set a new standard for customer care in my book!”

Dear Britt,

Thanks again for helping us out this week. I really mean it when I say that you helped make a real disaster into a positive experience.

Mr. Vance,

I’ve purchased several new vehicles over the past years, and this is the first time I’ve taken a minute to drop a note expressing my satisfaction with the purchase experience at a dealership. I’ve been looking for a 2004 F-150 for a month or so, and saw your advertisement for one in the paper. I was lucky enough when I called to speak with Britt Woods, whose friendly demeanor encouraged me to drive out and take a look. Britt was very professional, and he and Garrett worked diligently to put me in the vehicle I wanted and make the experience relaxed and fun. My compliments to your staff, including Doug in Finance-All were extremely helpful, relaxed and non-pressuring, yet very thorough. I won’t hesitate to come back for my next purchase, or recommend your dealership to anyone I know.

Again, Thanks!

Dear Mr. Vance:

Last Thursday, February 12, 2004, I purchased a 2004 F-150 from your dealership and more specifically from Britt Woods. This vehicle was the second F-150 that was purchased from you and Britt. However in a long list of new vehicles I purchased over the years this is probably about number 62. My first new car (1960 Plymouth Fury) was from a gentleman named Wayne Wolfenbarger in Tulsa. Wayne was a true gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. Since that vehicle I have learned to hate the process of buying. The past two vehicles were processed first via the computer. I had told Britt that I didn’t intend to sit across the desk and banter for the best price, just work with me in a civil manner and we may do business again. If not I won’t return for the insult. I came back. Although price is not the only factor in my purchase, it is indeed a factor.

Britt is a genuine fellow and it has been a pleasure to work with him. He went way beyond what a “Bob Howard” representative would do to make the deal simple and easy to work through. Enough about the truck. I want to impress upon you that you have a real gentleman working for your Ford store and representing you. I can honestly tell you that I would not hesitate to have my friends visit Britt when they are in the market for a new vehicle.

Thank you for providing a pleasant atmosphere in which to make a buying decision with a “real deal” of and individual to present the John Vance story. Hang on to him!

Best Regards,

Jim Lane
“I still can’t believe I drove out there just to look, thinking you were closed, and ended up buying exactly what I wanted! You guys definitely bent over backwards for us and made our trip to Guthrie even more memorable. I will spread the word here that it is worth a drive to Guthrie to get a good deal! This was the most pleasurable and easiest car deal I have ever experienced! Many thanks to you and your co-workers!”

“Britt, YOU made this an acquisition worth remembering… a pleasant experience. The truck ‘does run good!’”

“Please let Britt know that I appreciated all the help and effort he put in to get my 2002 Mustang! You guys did a great job and I will refer you to all my Ford friends.”

“I am enjoying my new Escape and I want to thank you again for making the transaction so easy. Barbara and I are enjoying and planning on leaving Tuesday for California to see my son.”

Thanks,

John,

I wanted to thank you for the service provided by your salesman Britt Woods. I was suddenly in need of a used car for my daughter, who had just turned 16 and had just received her driver’s license. I contacted Britt with my requirements. He in turn immediately came up with a vehicle that met those needs, a 2000 Ford Mustang. I do not live or work near Guthrie so I asked Britt if I could get digital photos sent to me via email…he had pictures to me within the hour. My daughter and I met Britt that night and test drove the vehicle…and decided to buy it. I wanted to pay cash, but needed to have funds wired to my account first. Britt set me up with the finance manager and helped arrange a pain free method to do such and avoid an extra trip to Guthrie to complete the transaction. I was also supplied with some touch up paint for the vehicle.

To summarize, Britt made this the fastest, easiest car purchase that I have ever made, and did it in a professional, courteous manner. My daughter and I are extremely pleased with the car (and her older brother is jealous).

Sincerely,

Brian Jeffery
Dear Britt,

Thank you so much for how comfortable you made me feel in purchasing my new PT Cruiser.

Ever since they came out in 2000, I have wanted one. But with John’s ministry, and putting two kids through college it wasn’t a “practical” choice for me. I am not so sure it was still “practical”. However, I do love it.

It is so good to see you doing so well. All through your years in our youth group, I could see the energy and uniqueness you had and I knew you had a heart to make people’s lives happier. It is nice to see prayers answered about God allowing you to find your place to serve people.

Finance people are my least favorite people in the world. Traci Nolan was wonderful. She was honest and I felt truly was on my side. I am hoping to use her life story and her success to help some of students at my school.

Thank you to everyone. I am going to recommend you and your company to everyone I know. I am hoping that Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), who John works for can figure out a way to do business with you for their representative’s vehicles.

Thanks,

Caryl Talley
